Last updated May 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TechGamut Inc collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, software products, browser extensions, applications, and related services. It applies to TechGamut Inc and the products or services we operate, including TechGamut websites, FlowX, SmartDocs, and TechGamut browser extensions unless a separate product-specific policy is provided.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly, information generated when you use our services, and information needed to operate browser extensions or integrations you choose to enable.

  • Account and contact information, such as name, email address, company, role, phone number, and messages you submit through forms or support channels.
  • Product and workspace information, such as configuration settings, workspace names, customer records you enter, documents or prompts you submit, and content needed to provide requested product features.
  • Browser extension information, such as extension settings, authentication status, page URLs, selected page content, metadata, or browsing activity only when required for a user-facing extension feature that is described in the extension listing and interface.
  • Google account or Google API information, such as basic profile information, email address, OAuth tokens, calendar, email, file, or workspace data, only when you authorize an integration that needs that access.
  • Usage, device, and log information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, timestamps, feature usage, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Payment and billing information, which may be processed by our payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.

Google API and Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request and authorize. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. We do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the requested service, comply with applicable law, address security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with appropriate protections.

We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us consent for support or troubleshooting, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Browser Extension Data Practices

Our browser extensions request only the permissions needed for their described features. Extension data may be stored locally in your browser, synced through browser storage, or sent to TechGamut systems when needed to provide the feature you use. We do not collect browsing activity in the background except where it is required for a user-facing feature that is clearly described in the extension listing and product interface.

Where an extension handles personal or sensitive information, we transmit that information using secure connections. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards for information stored by TechGamut.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business and services.

  • Service providers and processors that help with hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payments, customer support, security, and infrastructure.
  • Integrated services you choose to connect, such as Google, Microsoft, email providers, calendars, CRMs, document systems, or other third-party tools.
  • Customers or workspace administrators when information belongs to a customer workspace or managed account.
  • Legal, security, and compliance recipients when necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.
  • Business transaction parties if TechGamut is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, customer configuration, product requirements, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practical.

  • You can stop using a service or uninstall a browser extension at any time.
  • You can revoke Google OAuth access through your Google Account permissions page.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting us.
  • You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
